Outstanding service!  They installed my remote-controlled logs in August, and when I tried to light them for the first time this year, I couldn't get it to work.  He was at my door in 20 minutes on a rainy Saturday!  Of course, it was operator error, but he gave me a thorough lesson, and I am now in front of a beautiful fire on this drizzly cool day.  Highly recommend!
